Staff are nice and helpful. The hotel is located in an alley, so it is quiet.

The breakfast was standard, as it is in hotels in Central Asia. Very heavy actually, but guests can choose themselves how heavy they wanted their breakfast from a very large options of meals. The hotel is 3 min away from TSUM and Arbat (walking promenade) - quite central. We mainly walked.
It’s easily accessible by trolley buses and buses. I took trolley bus no. 5 from Almaty 2 train station to the stop at Abay Avenue and trolley bus no. 19 from Abay Avenue to Sairan bus station
Awesome location. Just next to Almaty 2 train station and bus station. In the heart of city centre and at the walking distance of all the important hotspots. Very friendly staff.
