As a new hotel, Ritz Carlton Fukuoka is beautifully designed and served as a perfect stay for our anniversary celebration. The room is spacious, comfortable and very practical in terms of layout. We got one facing Hakata Bay and it was especially a great view at sunset and in the evening. Their breakfast selection was delicious and of high quality. We also went to their bar and Japanese restaurant, both phenomenal. Service was lovely, all the staff greet you with a smile. We would stay here again!

Clean, tidy, modern decor with a little bit of a kooky feel to it. The whole place had a very Wes Anderson feel to it. Room was a great size with a really comfy massive bed. The big round tub was a hit- we filled it with cold water after an especially hot day in Fukuoka. Free all day buffet was an added and unexpected bonus. Central location to all the fun things so we walked most places- but public transport was very close by. We liked it so much we booked an extra night. Recommend.

Location was quite good and was a short walk from Tenjin station. The good thing is that it was away from the chaos so you really are able to get a good night's rest. Staff was kind and accommodating. Additionally, the concept and design of the hotel and the cleanliness were good, too.

It's close to Tenjin station, around 2-5 minutes walk and there's alot of choices for food all over the area. I like that the hotel provides fresh pajamas daily and complete facial cleaning, moisturising set at the point of check-in

There is a super market near by it, and you can find many foods in minutes.
If you are planing to drive a rent car, you will need some efforts to find the parking lot during the dinner time.
I struggle to think about good points when I had such a bad stay. But if I had to, it would be the location - proximity to Tenjin station and having some restaurants, drugstores around. Then again, there are so many hotels nearby, you don’t have to stay here to be near Tenjin and I wish I didn’t.
the hotel just next to the underground station, one stop from Tenjin station, and is only a few stops from the airport. the neighborhood is a bustling area full of pubs and restaurants, but the hotel sits in a quiet road.
I like the location of the hotel, it is walking distance from hakata or tenjin station (approx 15-20 min walk to both destinations). I also like the onsen in the hotel, especially that they offer two kinds of onsen, one indoor and one outdoor. Size of room may be small, but good enough for Japan standard where you could still have a small walkway for a little of yoga stretching and work out.
