The room was luxurious and large by Japanese standards. The beds were amazing and soft. The whole floor was super quiet. The staff were quick to check us in and gave clear directions in English as needed and suggestions on what to see in the historical area very close by. It was a surprise to find we were so close to a heritage area of Nagoya. It is also a reasonable distance to the Nagoya castle but a taxi ride is still better than walking when it’s hot!

WOW. This was a superior experience from start to finish. Rooms were art, welcome goodies gorgeous and delicious. Do yourself a favour and indulge in breakfast (behind the hidden door!!!) -- you honestly won't find a better one in the entire country. This is one of the best boutique hotels I've ever stayed in.

The hotel staff were all extremely helpful and friendly. We booked a room for 6 so it came with 2 double beds and 2 single beds with a sofa. Room is very clean and comfortable.

the Hotel was new n rooms were clean. The staff was friendly n spoke English. All amenities are provided. Its about 3-4 blocks from Sakae (5-10mins walk). Its slightly off the grid from the Sakae main bus terminal (oasis 21) but once you get your bearings right (we had a map plus we used google) - its 15 mins walk or about 5 -6 blocks away.
Just outside the hotel is a subwsy station which line passes to Nagoya main station . all very convenient once you get your bearings right 😀

3. Location - Near 2 stations. Airport Transfer in Oasis 21 bus stop.
4. I left my jacket in our room when we checked out. I sent an inquiry/request to their website and the staff was able to give my jacket to my friends who are checking out later.
Hotel is conveniently located about 100 meters away from Fushimi Station. Sakae area, where Don Quixote, Oasis 21 and Mirai Tower is also within reasonable distance. Breakfast was great. Menu did not change everyday but it was very good, healthy and freshly prepared. Would certainly stay here again next time.

The room is being cleaned every morning, relaxing and serene, We have a good sleep nightly. Accessible to train stations and walking distance to OASIS 21 bus station to the Airport. The front desk staff are courteous and helpful, I gave them excellent score : ). I would recommend this hotel to my friends and relatives. Looking forward to staying at this hotel on my next visit to Japan.
Location is good - close to Nagoya Kintetsu and Meitetsu station and also close to another subway station. There're also bus stops nearby that take you to Sakae (Oasis 21 and Mirai Tower) and Nagoya Castle.
There's a market selling fresh food right opposite to the hotel (only opens in the morning) and many restaurants around.
Room is compact but I think it's normal in Japan.
Staff is generally helpful and cheerful but might sometimes have miscommunication in English. Not a big problem anyways.
Near Sakae station with Lot of shops and restaurants, specially in underground. It is walking distance to some of the landmark of Nagoya, like Mirai Tower, Oasis 21, and the Ferry Wheel at the Sunshine Sakae.
The hotel is conveniently located around supermarkets and convenience stores. It is also very close to attractions such as the subway station and Oasis 21. The service is considerate, even if you do not know Japanese, you can check in or out smoothly.
I like how they have variety of food for the breakfast (mostly japanese food). Moreover the place pretty cloe to Mirai tower and Oasis 21 (tourist attraction) as well
Accessibility from Sakae station: there's underground passage from station to hotel. From Sakae station, follow the direction to Oasis 21, then 7-11@Oasis 21, then continue to the tunnel that leads to a building with NHK and exit at the ground level. The hotel will be right in front of you opposite the road.
