We loved the secret doors and the private access to the viewing platform of the tower. The welcome tea and sweets were the best ones we had on the trip. Staff were absolutely incredible. We had checked out, we were waiting at the elevator and it started to rain. A staff came running with an umbrella for us.

The hotel itself was beautiful and we really felt at home for the 4 nights we were there. With a 5min walk to local subway or 10-15min walk to Nagoya station, the location was close to public transport but still nice and quiet.

I like the atmosphere of the hotel. It is a bit old but it has charm and character. If you are big fan of antique look and feel of hotel, you will love this place. Plus, the location is actually pretty good, really close to Okazaki park and Okazaki castle. In addition to it, the hotel is close to 2 local train; Aichi loop line and Meitetsu line.
A very clean and hip hotel that was well-situated for our travel to Aichi the next day. Great shower too. Staff were so kind and helpful. They stored our luggage for the day so we could explore more easily. Complimentary drink ticket was a nice bonus too. Thank you for a comfortable and lovely stay.
Loved our comfy family room with tatami area and futons. The sento (public bath) was wonderful: really nice natural rock style bath and lovely washing areas. The sento is well used by guests including kids so definitely family friendly. This hotel has so many extras: free late night ramen service (21:30-23:00), free ice cream after bath, free manga library in the lounge. The staff were really pleasant and helpful and the chef at breakfast was especially nice. What a great stay.

Location is superb. It's close to a major train station and also stone-throw distance to thousands of restaurants and bars. Also it is the upstairs of Gold Gym and the hotel guests can get a discount ticket for one-time use of the gym, which is great for those who go to a gym regularly.

The room was very clean, the beds are super comfy and they have prepared 3 different kinds of pillows ( 1 hard pillow, 1 feather soft pillow and 1 throw pillow) for each bed which made my sleep very comfortable and relaxing since I am used to sleep using 2 pillows. The view from our room was excellent.
The location was great near many stores, and restaurants! The staff was exceptional, we were having an issue with the ac. They addressed it immediately, and moved us to a new room. Thank you MyStays!
