Location, views, onsen, kitchen, foot spa were all fantastic. We appreciated the complimentary drinks and snacks in the fridge on arrival. We also loved the proximity to the lake and the boat ride. We did glimpse Mt Fuji for 5 minutes during our 2 night stay, such a gorgeous view from our apartment balcony. We also enjoyed the convenience of the 7-11 store so close by and also the fabulous bakery on the lake with wonderful views.

The food and the service was amazing, in both restaurants. They have a shuttle to the main port of the lake and back every 20 minutes from 9am to 5pm. Great view on the lake. If you are lucky and you have western breakfast outsite you can see the Fuji while eating. Overall the whole service was great.

Location on the lake and views across to Mt Fuji was beautiful. The hotel has a shuttle bus to Moto Hakone and a coach from Ottawara train station.
