Comfortable and Huge for a big group up to 8 adults! Loved the Kitchen and Dining area - huge! 2 min walk - So close to train station to Odawara main station - only 1 stop. Futon beds and also regular beds with futon on upper level that has 2 rooms - and an open roof top level what a view from around! Decent cleanliness. We had a very good time on the big dining area cum living area beside the kitchen - great value for money place for groups! Got 7 eleven, fish market and restaurants nearby - do checkout the really nice fish cake shop too!
