Our room overlooking the river was very spacious. This hotel is not new but it's very well maintained and cleaned. The staff there was amazing. They went above and beyond in helping us and answering our questions. The plaza adjacent to the hotel has a couple of restaurants and a convenience store, which was very convenient. It's also just a short walk from the Sakuranomiya subway station.
