WOW. This was a superior experience from start to finish. Rooms were art, welcome goodies gorgeous and delicious. Do yourself a favour and indulge in breakfast (behind the hidden door!!!) -- you honestly won't find a better one in the entire country. This is one of the best boutique hotels I've ever stayed in.

Renovation is very new, most importantly it is kids friendly (most hotels I see online are not), there is a street with full of restaurants right next block. Room is not spacious but very clean and well design to make good use of space, bathroom is spacious and clean. Free fresh brew coffee in the lobby.
