The house was a beautiful and relaxing place. The furnishings and all amenities were exceptional!!! The view of Mount Hakodate was spectacular. The beds were very comfortable and provided me with a great night sleep!!! Will definitely try to stay here again in the future!!!

Great location. Next to the morning market. Not far from JR station. Can walk to the Akarenga and Hakodate Ropeway. Very friendly staffs with service mind.
Location was convenient as it's right next to bus station. Also it is walking distance to attractions like Hakodate Ropeway, Morning Market, Redbrick Warehouse etc.
I stayed at a room with 2 single beds and room size was adequate. Beds were comfortable and room amenities are good and modern.
On the 12th floor there's a lounge with good view of the city. Enjoy the pleasant view with coffee (coffee machine available). There's a public bath on this level which is also good.
Customer service was excellent.
The room was very clean and had toiletries available if you forgot to pack them. The bathroom is a bit small, but adequate. The staff was great and very accommodating, holding our bags after we checked out until we were ready to leave for our next destination. The location is good with about a ten minute walk to the train station and bus terminal. It is also not too far from the Red Brick Warehouse area and maybe a 20 minute walk to the Mt. Hakodate Ropeway. The area though does feel very empty after the markets close.
Great breakfast buffet, relaxing rooftop hot spring with view of Mt. Hakodate. Location is conveniently located within 15 minutes walk (or 3-5 min taxi) from Hakodate Station, and is accessible by bus route as well. With its location at the mid point between Mt. Hakodate ropeway station, Hakodate Station, and only a few minutes walk from the morning market area, you’re in for a treat. La Vista Hakodate Bay was also conveniently located close to the Red Brick Warehouse shopping district.
