The location is perfect for getting into the city to see all the major sights, nightlife, bars and restaurants only a few minutes walk in any direction. I really like the authenticity of this hotel, it has a great personal character not like these boring ultra modern hotels that have no identity. This place has lot of interesting touches of decor and fun.
All of the staff are super friendly and they even made a little birthday cake at breakfast as a surprise for my wife.

Michele was very friendly and accommodated our late arrival, meeting us at the door to pass us the keys and show us around the apartment. The apartment itself was comfortable and large. The location is great too if you're looking for something quiet and convenient. Train station is a 10 minute walk away, and downtown Palermo is also about 10-15mins walk away (Quattro Canti).
Fantastic apartment nestled in the beating heart of the historic centre. Only a five minute walk to the Station and the bustling Quattro Canti area yet it was so peaceful and quiet on the balcony.
Excellent communication from Ignazio, the owner, before our visit to arrange the check in. The apartment was delightful, spotless and extremely comfortable. We had everything we could need for a perfect base in the City. Would throughly recommend staying here. A 5 Star experience.
We were lucky that we met Manlio and Angela, they are super nice and welcoming! The location is the center of Palermo, all the attractions is 10mins by foot, Quattro Canti is just around the corner. The apartment has a lot of space, perfect for a family trip and it has all the necessary equipments in the kitchen and bathroom.

The hotel room and bathroom were clean and spacious. Beds were comfortable. Breakfast spread was good and hotel staff were polite.
There are nice restaurants near the hotel and the hotel is just a 5-min walk to Teatro Massimo ( opera house) and food street , a 10-min walk to La Martorana and Quattro Canti and a 15-min walk to Palermo Cathedral and Palatine Chapel
Very spacious apartment, nice terrace as well. Location is fantastic, super close to Quattro Canti, but still on a relatively quiet street. Baby cot and a travel chair were provided, which was great.

Really nice place just next to the center of Palermo. Everything ist new and clean. The whole house consists of only three apartments. Parking in the street for free. Has a balcony, kitchen, nice bathroom, lots of towels. Only some shower gel was missing. Check in was clear and easy. Great location as its only 5 minutes walk to Quattro Canti.
