The staff was very friendly and helpful. The location next to the station is great if you need to take the train. Bathrooms are bigger than what you usually get in Italian hotels of this class. Overall it's a good value for money.

Room was absolutely clean and spacious. Staff very helpful and attentive. 50 metres away from Parma Train station. Good breakfast service, nothing to complaint about.
It was very central - only a 5 minute walk away from Strada Cavour and a 15 minute walk away from the Parma train station. It had all the utilities and the apartment was very spacious. AC available at no extra charge which was a must considering it gets very hot in July.
Location was right near to the Parma train station, when you exit, you can see the hotel already.

Very nice hotel, 2 minutes walk from Parma train station, room is clean and the mattress is very comfortable. Excellent bathroom and shower. The location is top: 5 -10 minutes to the city centre and the shopping areas.
It’s okay for an overnight stay in Parma. We stayed in a superior double room which is located in another building 500m away from the main hotel. However, it’s easy to reach the city center by foot. The Parma train station is a 20min walk away.
The room was clean but the water from the tap was salty.
You can leave your luggage in the main hotel until check-in time.
Close to the city centre and the Duomo on a quiet street, the property can be reached on bus numbers 21 and 23 from the Parma train station, €1,50 per ticket. Nearby is the famous La Romana gelateria, a local institution. Also not far from the Barilla centre (a shopping complex) the U2 supermarket. All in all, very convenient. Elena was very quick to dispense all the necessary information.
I stayed in this hotel for only one night and it was very good. It is about 3kms from Parma train station but there is no bus stop nearby. The taxi costs about 12 euros.
