The staff was very friendly, allowed us to drop our baggage a couple of days early so we didn't have to lug it around Venice with us. Great location by the airport with a shuttle running every 15 minutes. Dinner and breakfast both were very good.

Unfortunately it was a nightmare trying to find this hotel from inside of the airport. There were several groups of people we stumbled across looking for the "inside" connector from the airport to this hotel and there was very little signage that was helpful. It kept bringing you around and around in a damn circle. It is not "walkable" with luggage so we took a taxi and had to pay the standard fare. I booked this hotel for the "walkable" convenience.
