I had breakfast once, it was fair but I had early starts other two mornings.
Room was clean and the cleaner seemed to be most efficient member of the staff.

The location of the property is amazing, a few minute walk to the leaning tower and cathedral. We were originally impressed with our room - a large king bed for myself and sister and then a separate sliding door room for our mum to have her own bed / space. We had a nice view of the street, a balcony, the room was very authentically designed and we were pleased. The room was also super clean.

Tickets for climbing the tower costs 20 euros/person.
Tickets for climbing the tower costs 20 euros/person. Children aged over 8 years old are allowed to climb up to the top of the tower. isn’t a good idea/practice to climb up the tower because of the safety concerns, renovation and regulations.

After viewing the Pisa Tower I would strongly recommend a walk up on the wall of the old town of Pisa. Do this either early morning or closer to Sun set. Cooler and more beautiful views from the walk.

Most people take their photos right in front.
Most people take their photos right in front. There are hundreds of people especially between 10am and 3pm. Go around 4pm and walk to the other side of the tower. You get great shots and less crowded areas.
This hotel is just opposite the famous landmark leaning tower of pisa.Room was basic, bathroom good size. Amenities like shower cap, towels , body soap, hair dryer and tv aavailable.
Breakfast was disappointing. We booked for 2 nights and ate breakfast only one day. There was no facility to take packed breakfast. The rooms are old but stay able.
Location of the apartment was exceptional. An oasis about 150m from the hubbub of the Leaning Tower of Pisa,with access to a garden space. So convenient. The hostess Elisabetta was extremely helpful, from booking to leaving. Facilities in the apartment were excellent. Would definitely return and recommend for a visit to Pisa. If flying catch a taxi from the airport. Easy access to supermarkets and restaurants.

Location , staff , room with comfy bed mattresses , small refrigerator, coffee machine were great 👍 Our family of three including our 7 yrs old son stayed for one night in the separate building from the main hotel and was only within 2-3 mins walk from leaning tower of Pisa and the surrounding tourist attractions.
Excellent room at the beginning near the city center. The Leaning Tower of Pisa is nearby. Everything is good in the apartments except for the noise in the morning. The rooms are located at the back of the house and in the evening everything is quiet, but in the morning, from about 7 am on the street behind the wall there begins to be movement of people, cars and especially motorcycles (soundproofing is weak - you can even hear conversations). It is unrealistic to sleep from 8 am, unless you have a very deep sleep.
Great location – very close to the train station and only about 15 minutes from the airport. We reached the Leaning Tower of Pisa in around 20 minutes on foot, so it’s a perfect base for exploring the city. By Italian standards, the apartment was really high quality – clean, modern, and comfortable. We were pleasantly surprised to find snacks, fruit, and water waiting for us, even though they weren’t mentioned in the description. A small touch, but it made a big impression. Highly recommended!
We had a wonderful stay at the apartments in Pisa! The place was exceptionally clean. The location was ideal as it was very close to the main attractions of the city, including the iconic Leaning Tower of Pisa, as well as the supermarkets and good transport links.
The host was incredibly attentive and responsive. They answered all our questions promptly and dealt efficiently with any minor issues that arose during our stay.

Lovely hotel in a great location with the Leaning Tower of Pisa and other attractions, just a short walk away. Luca was a fantastic host and we had a large room that is very tastefully decorated with a balcony overlooking the Botanical gardens. Good continental breakfast including plenty of cakes. Pisa Centrale station is around a 15-20 minute walk to the hotel. Would stay here again 😀
The apartment has a balcony and heating and air conditioning and has a microwave and kettle, hob and fridge . It is a 20 minute walk to the Leaning Tower of Pisa over the river bridges.
Location is good - close to train station and walking distance to the leaning tower of Pisa. We were family with five children (three of them boys) and the neighbor lady downstairs asked us to keep it a bit more quite. Nearby are restaurants, grocery store and everything else you need. The apartment is spacious, clean and looks good. Beds were comfortable. Very nice way how to put toiletry - in small bags. Internet worked very well (not everywhere in Italy it was so). Hosts were kind and it was so easy to communicate with them.

You can book tickets ahead for the Leaning Tower of Pisa - we bought tickets at the booking office to go up the tower for the following day. They are sold in blocks and in August you can book for times running well into the evening (we did 7.30pm) when it is a little cooler!
