We did not wait for the breakfast, so I can't tell anything about it. Nevertheless, the owners gave us a bottle of wine and some cookies. The place is nice, in a village away from the city, there is a good pizza place close by with the car. Quiet if you don't mind village sounds.

Everything ! It was a very nice experience, away from the tourist crowds but still close to everything, Pisa, sea, Volterra, Lucca....
After a hot day, you can cool off in the very clean and well-maintained swimming pool. The property is also well maintained.

A very beautiful and atmospheric town.Nice bar, special recommendation for aperol 😍. Beautiful cottages, very friendly owner, a big plus is the owners' cat that walks by from time to time, which gives itself to be stroked at times.

The appartment and the whole estate was amazing. Very clean apartment and easy (late) check-in thanks to the host Rachele.
Rachele is very helpful and gave us some amazing tips. They even sell their own olive oil, which I can only recommend.
Sadly we only stayed here for 4 nights. Next time we make sure to stay here again and stay longer!

Felt like you had invited few friends to your holiday house, due to peace and quiet that existed!
Whatever we asked for (either extra towels or coffee or olive oil ) were provided.
It's a farm, so it is located outside main roads.
It was silent there and the surroundings are very nice.
The apartment in the villa was more than large and very clean.
The owner is very nice.
It is less than 30 minutes to the sea, one hour to Pisa and one hour to Firenze.
A fantastic place. Apartment is very clean, spacious and there is all you need. The garden is beautiful and well kept and the swimming pool area is so nice. each apartment has it’s own sun beds by the pool. There’s also table tennis and playground for the kids.
The location is a bit remote but still close to Pisa, Lucca and the beach. it is very quiet and you have a nice view of horses in the surrounding fields.
Paola is very helpful.
we really enjoyed our holiday and we really recommend this place.
