Wonderful location in the town. Breakfast on the patio with panoramic views. Comfortable, clean accommodation in a picture perfect hill town. Elisa could not have been more accommodating or gracious. Homemade goodies for breakfast each morning. Highly recommended.

The terrasse was an amazing place to stay for a couple of nights while exploaring Sermoneta! Salvatore was extremely helpful with all we could need help with. Parking, restaurant recs, tourist attractions nearby - everything. He was very welcoming and had prepared small gifts upon arrival. It’s a very sweet, personal and private room with a LOVELY terrace and the ~VIEW~ to die for!!
