As with any Ibis hotel, it ticks all the boxes - it is clean and overall a decent hotel. Staff is friendly. For me the location is perfect, since I have the office very close by. Last few times I overpaid due to events happening in Rome - all prices were inflated due to this, not only in Ibis.

The staff were really welcoming and friendly. The hotel itself was beautiful, there were renovations going on but guests were notified and you couldn't really tell. The staff were the highlight.

Hotel American Palace Eur is a historical property, just 50 metres from the Laurentina Metro Station. Drinks are available in the green courtyard with fruit trees. There is a free 24-hour gym.

The facilities in the hotel for the price /tariff paid is reasonable. The Air Conditioner settings were however either not working properly or defective and needs correction.
