The hotel itself is situated just one street away from Palazzo Pitti. It is in a beautifully renovated historical building & had all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay.
The receptionists were extremely kind & helpful, they made sure to give us some great recommendations.
Would definitely stay again!

The location was amazing. The room was over looking the marketplace. The rooftop bar was really fun. The style of the room was lovely, especially the large windows. The staff was helpful.

This is a stunning apartment located beside Porta Romana and a nice half hour stroll into central Florence. We would highly recommend Boboli gardens too and the local restaurants. The apartment was clean and modern with a classic balcony where you can watch the world go by. The host was very accommodating and checked every box. We will definitely be back as our first experience Florence was incredible and this was a key factor in making it such a great experience

The welcome was also perfect! Filipo took his time to take us through all the attractive activities in the city. he gave nice tips for restaurants, bars and ice cream shops.
The communication was very good.
It was spacious and cosy with everything needed for a comfortable stay. Made you feel like part of the local community in a street close to town with interesting things going on. The location is great and 20 minutes stroll to the centre of historical Florence. The host recommended some great places to eat. We woke up every day to the singing birds from Boboli gardens 😊
If you want an authentic Italian hotel then this is it!! It's also in a lovely quiet location almost next to the Boboli Gardens (which are beautiful 😍) and a short 10-15 minute walk into main town square. Andrea, the manager and all staff were fantastic and very helpful. There was a problem with our reservation but Andrea found us alternative accommodation at no cost to us! Amazing time had 😁
Very nice location near Boboli Gardens and short walk to the sights of Florence. Really enjoyed an afternoon after sightseeing lounging by the outdoor pool and going for a swim. Lovely hotel and I would definitely stay there again whenever I am in Florence.
Great reception staff, friendly and helpful. Room was a great size and the bed was very comfortable. View over the Boboli Gardens was gorgeous. Location fantastic - right on the Ponte Vecchio so you can enjoy the bridge once all the crowds have gone. Rooftop bar a bonus if quite expensive.
The bed was so comfortable!! The room was small, but had everything we needed. It is right in the thick of Florence, easy to get everywhere, surrounded by great restaurants, essentially next door to the Pitti Palace, Boboli Gardens. The staff was kind and very available. The decor in the whole place was lovely, thoughtful, and charming.
The man who checked us in (I assume the owner) was very friendly and gave very comprehensive instructions. The room had everything we needed and a nice view to Boboli Gardens. The owner shared a Google Maps link with attractions and restaurants which was a nice touch and we used it to get breakfast a couple times. They provided shampoo and soap in the bathroom.
