The room was very comfortable and beautiful, and well equipped with coffee maker, fridge, and robes. We could control the AC/heat ourselves, and the window opened. We booked a time to use the pool and spa area which is quite beautiful and has a lot of facilities you can use. We enjoyed the casual restaurant on site and also had room service, all very nice. I had a massage with Amanda who was really amazing and gave me such a beautiful nurturing massage.

This hotel has Beautiful open spaces to relax in on different floors. Lovely paintings and pictures reflecting Ireland added to the character of the hotel. Large spacious bedroom but paid extra for a view but mainly saw neighbouring hotel and carpark as was put on first floor. Breakfast was delicious well trained staff and beautifully presented delicious options. Eg fresh bread, scones, smoothies. The spa was very relaxing. Bedroom was very clean with a generous supply of towels. We are in the bar and had excellent service and the meal options were great. I had a home made soup and my daughter had the vegan option. Both were excellent.

Right on the main Ring of Killarney road, and worth a stop.
Right on the main Ring of Killarney road, and worth a stop. You can get to the bottom of the falls in 5-10 minutes, or you can take a couple of hikes up the hill if you have the time and energy. It is well worth a look.

This waterfall was absolutely beautiful and totally worth...
This waterfall was absolutely beautiful and totally worth the trip! However, we had no idea the length or incline/decline of the trail to get to it. I had read previous to going that it was about a 5 minute hike. This was untrue. It probably took us (2 young adults in their 20's) about 20 minutes to the waterfall and about 40 minutes back out. There are a LOT of stairs hiking down to the waterfall which makes hiking out much more exhausting. Overall, definitely worth the trip but take water and plan on it taking at least an hour round trip.

Location is awesome and so was the host. We had a deluxe family room, it was very spacious and spotlessly clean. All amenities were provided. There is a stable with horses, dogs and bunnies which guests can access. There is also a playground. Very close to Killarney park - torc waterfall, Muckross house and Killarney town centre
Breakfast was complimentary and delicious.
