Amazing Hotel! Staff were so friendly and helpful! Big thanks to the Manager Shane who arranged a new room for us when we were put in the wrong room, he was fantastic during our stay and we really appreciated him looking after us! The hotel facilities and food was amazing! Especially the Vitality Pool and thermal area. Location is fantastic with a beautiful park across the road to go for a walk. We will most certainly be back ☺️

Hotel is in a good location at the top of the town. Nice walk to Ross Castle nearby without going into town. Bedroom and bathroom very comfortable. Call out to Carol breakfast manager who looks after you well. Plenty of parking at hotel, convenient store next door. Good bar attached to hotel with outdoor seating, even sells Murphy’s stout!
Randles Hotel is well located, near Ross Castle and the center commerce of Killarney. We stayed in a large room with good facilities and a comfortable bed. At reception we were very well looked after by Carolina and Veselin, who were kind enough to give us information about the city and great tips for walking and car tours. We felt very comfortable asking lots of things.
The breakfast is excellent, with several options in addition to the traditional Irish breakfast and everything was very tasty.
The location was fabulous, right in town. The Atlantic Seafood Chowder was the best I have had. The room was beautiful and comfortable. The bathroom and shower were clean and lovely. People in the pub often broke into song. It was a short walk to catch the red hop on hop off bus to Ross Castle, Muckross House and Torc Waterfall.
Room was neat and tidy with a good bed and bathroom. Close to the centre, 5 min walk and close to Ross Castle. Lovey reception when we arrived with an early check-in and early parking facilities. Great full Irish breakfast and scones to take with us.
Loved the surrounding nature with walking distance to the town and Ross Castle through the beautiful forest.

Head to Ross Castle and take a tour on one of the boats. We went on one of the larger more 'touristy' boats but it looked like the smaller boats were just as good.
