Couldn’t fault this place at all. 5 star, 10 out of 10, whatever way you want to rate it. Rooms were great size, bed was huge and the best of all was the breakfast. Freshly cooked fry, warm plates and great tae. We loved it. Unreal value for money. Will definitely be back

The hotel is wonderful. Set against the backdrop of a golf course and woodland. The Proleek Dolmen is within walking distance from the main building. There's a swimming pool, gym, sauna, outdoor hot tub, and tennis court to enjoy while staying there. The original hotel building is stunning and of historical interest. The restaurant was also fantastic, and the staff were exceptional.

Lovely combination of olde worldiness and modern comfort. The hotel is an old, ivy-covered brick house with modern additions. The grounds are gorgeous. There's a rose garden and some picturesque outbuildings, and you can walk along the golf course to see the historic Proleek Dolmen. Room and bed were both very comfortable. Pool is lovely. Bar and restaurant areas are spacious and relaxing, lots of very pleasant places to sit and chat or read. I travelled solo and felt comfortable and unconspicuous.
