Location was very good and reasonably quiet.
Very friendly staff run on a family not corporate basis, ie felt as though they cared for the guests.
Bunratty itself is a well kept village and be sure to visit Bunratty Castle & Folk Museum, which is walkable from the hotel.

Staff at every point, reception, bar, breakfast were All superb, friendly, just natural and lovely, so much so we commented on well they must have been trained.
The bed was super comfortable also.
