It’s a beautiful property not far from the town but hidden in the country. The beds were very comfortable and we loved the bath, it was big with a jacuzzi feature. Staff were very helpful and polite.
Cosy Room is set in Shannon, 19 km from Thomond Park, 20 km from King John's Castle, as well as 20 km from The Hunt Museum.

The Cosy Room is one of the bedrooms in an apartment which seem to let out on short term basis. Anthony who I dealt with was helpful & assisted with a change of dates with ease.
There is a shared living area & self catering kitchen which along with ensuite bedroom was spotlessly clean & well attended. There were toiletries, clean towels & a welcoming packet of crisps which was a nice touch.
Ample parking was directly outside front door. It is within Shannon Town, from where required destinations are easily reached.
If an alternative to a hotel is required, then The Cosy Room is ideal.
4 miles from Shannon Airport, Bunratty Manor is a small family-run hotel, just a 5-minute walk from Bunratty Castle and Folk Park. The Manor Restaurant serves local game and seafood.

Airport is so efficient and staff are professional .Security is done so efficiently, a really painless experience and so much better that other airports. The local road system is a joy and well signposted. Our stay at Oakwood hotel was just lovely and staff were really great, always available and ultra helpful. The hotel was peaceful, comfortable and food of excellent quality.

We flew in to Shannon from London & used it as jumping off point to other areas in & south of Shannon. Convenient location. People we encountered were very friendly there, & really everywhere we went over our 4 days on the island.

We very much enjoyed are stay in are accommodation near Shannon Airport, we wasn't expecting it to be so lovely at Carrygerry Country House Hotel. It only took 12 minutes to drive to it from the airport and nicely welcomed at the door by Gillian and shown to are room.

We were flying out of Shannon Airport so travelled up from Cork and stayed overnight at Treacys Oakwood Hotel, beautiful hotel with beautiful staff, I cannot fault it at all, we left out cars at the hotel and got a taxi to the airport.. talk about comfort!!. We have been spoilt.

Shannon Airport was our point of entry and departure from Ireland. We stayed only on the night before departure. There is little to do in this town, but we found lovely accommodations to stay close to the airport the night before our flight home at the CarryGary country house. We also found a nice little pub/restaurant called O'Reagans in the Shannon Town Centre. The food was just ok, but the staff were super.

Shannon is a great place to fly in and out of. Much better than the hustle and bustle in Dublin. Also, the area is beautiful and has all the things a traveler could want in the way of restaurants, accommodations, sights, and beautiful countryside.
The owner's husband met us at the door and carried our bags upstairs, guided our 12 seater tour van into the spacious driveway as well as our car. There was a wonderful and homey pub/restaurant only a 50 meter walk from Balally House which, after a 5 hour drive, was an oasis. The breakfast cooked and served by the owner herself was perfect. Finally, rooms immaculate, quiet surroundings, friendly and helpful couple and so close to Shannon Airport.
This place is beautiful. Besides that Shannon is really green and quiet, both Sean and Catherine are the most adorable, happy and friendliest person you might meet. The hotel is beautiful, clean and really comfortable. The rooms are really individual and inviting, really clean and up to a top standard. Next time i am in the area, i will come back definetly. Thanks for all your effort

Just park your car and enjoy the facilities in the hotel.
The food in the Restaurant is good and not overpriced, you will be served be served by a young professional team from the hospitality school of management.
Our room was big, clean and very comfortable.
The hotel’s location is good to explore the area of Limerick, Cliffs of Moher , Galway, etc.
Parking is included in the fee. Everything was very clean!
The Blair Bar was a nice place to have a couple drinks in the evening. There we received a great service from a nice lady.
The location was excellent. Reachable from Shannon Airport in minutes and to other areas in Shannon region. The hosts were very helpful as we had a delayed flight in the middle of the night... they waited for us until we arrived. Will surely recommend.
Extremely close to Shannon airport it is literally a 2 min. easy walk through the airport parking lot. IF you have an early flight it is a perfect place to stay. Good breakfast in the morning. We also had a very good dinner their the night before.
Hotel was very nice and had a very friendly greeting form Owen on the front desk. Rooms were a hike but the beds were very comfortable. Serve a great breakfast. Not anything in the area by the hotel but super close to the airport.

Lovely hotel right near Shannon Airport. The pub and restaurant were lively while we were there. The food was fine. Carpark on property. Hotel building was very nice, room was very good.
The owners were exceptionally friendly and helpful in every way possible. Sunday lunch was the best meal we’ve had in Ireland in the ten days we’ve been here. Sincerely recommend it.
