Customer service was great and attentive.
Breakfast was delicious except it would be easier if we can choose options digitally rather than consistently filling out a paper form.
We also had room service where food was good and affordable. The only items that may need improvement were the banana forster and bibimpap as it didn't taste good or was worth the price.
The location was central and a walk from the beach.
The airport shuttle service was convenient and clean

Enjoyed my stay at Chill hotel and would stay again. The room was modern and clean and there was plenty of wardrobe space if you are staying longterm. I liked the location and could see the ocean from my balcony. There are shops and cafes 5 mins walk away and the beach is even closer.
We loved that each bedroom came with its own ensuite.
We like how close the accommodation was to Seminyak Village shopping centre. The staff were very accommodating, and were available to help anytime we needed assistance.
The location was great, walking distance to Seminyak village. However our villa was very quiet and spacious. The private pool was amazing. My husband and I had a great time I will definitely recommend couples or small families to stay here!
The 2 bedroom 2 bathroom villa we stayed in was clean and very comfortable. The pool was a perfect and maintained daily. The kitchen was well appointed with a cooktop and all utensils to prepare and cook a meal. The staff were friendly and went above and beyond to make our stay great. We felt safe and secure with a staff member on site at the entrance to the complex at all times. Very central location, a 1 minute walk to Ku De Ta and the beach, 3 minute walk to the Seminyak flea market and a 10 minute walk to Seminyak village.
Beautiful pool and tropical garden. Spacious, light-filled rooms and air-conditioning throughout. Central location on a very quiet street - with easy walking distance to Seminyak Square and Seminyak Village. Very friendly and accommodating staff.
