We stayed in the raised bungalow outside and looked quite nice but the room was super tiny and aircon unit outside was so noisy we could not use it since the noise kept us awake. So it was super hot inside and we had animals visiting the room since there was a hole big enough for something to crawl in and out. Staff did not seem welcoming at all. Food was horrible.

Amazing stay! The owners/staff, the location (best sunsets), the cottage/property, the food/drinks exceeded my expectations. If Lovina is not on your list of places to go while visiting Bali, it should be included and a stay at 1000 Dream Bungalows. So convenient to amazing day trips - the morning dolphin/sunrise/snorkeling was an experience not to be forgotten, beautiful waterfalls, ancient bamboo villages and mingling with the locals was an experience I'll never forget. 1000 Dream Bungalows is like staying in a little piece of paradise! It's very beautiful and lovely place with wonderful view. The owners were friendly. You can eat tasty and cheap in the warung in this hotel. Also you can buy tickets to Sekumpul waterfall with a big discount (75000 idr per person).
This place was just great, especially compared to the other typical hotels on Bali. It’s simply but very well designed, all facilities were working perfectly well. Nice cafe with local food only though. Super friendly staff who allowed allowed us to keep our bags after check out while we were at the waterfall. Note that you can get a hotel guest pass to Sekumpul waterfall to pay for the ticket only 30k and no need for the guide.
The location and view were awesome. Great host that shared what is available around with recommendations. Provided us with discount to the Sekumpul Waterfall trek. Good welcome drink and great breakfast, one of the best we in our trip of 10 days across Bali.
The place is very nice, close to the waterfalls, the room is very complete, very clean, and comfortable. Sugi and his wife are very friendly and cordial. The food in the restaurant is delicious, I tried the chicken curry and I loved it, additionally you can enter the sekumpul waterfall very easy with Sugi's discount card.
The breakfast was perfect and they helped us plan our trip to the waterfall! It is very close to the Sekumpul waterfall and everyone there was excited to here we were staying at the homestay and were very kind!
We had an amazing stay. Kadek and his wife were amazing hosts, his wife cooked for us and was always there to help us with anything we needed, you also get to visit the Sekumpul waterfall with the pass they provide you at a much cheaper price and Kadek gave us all the right information on places to visit during our stay, he even took us with him at a temple ceremony! If you find yourself in North Bali this is the place to stay.
