The room was big, well equipped and with a nice view of the forest around.
The staff was amazing from the moment we arrived until we left, they did everything to be sure that our stay was great.
The food at the restaurant is nothing short of excellent! Breakfast, lunch or dinner, it is very good and affordable, which is a plus!
The view from the heated pool is soothing.
It was definitely our favorite place out of our 3 week-stay on the island.

It was a peaceful and quiet place right next to the beach. Great to see the beach inside and outside of the bungalow but also while swimming in the pool. Staff was very helpful and friendly. It is good for someone who needs just relaxing time.

We like to spend a night here on our trips from Ubud through the botanical garden to Amed. The location is perfect for morning trekking to Sekumpul waterfall or watching the sunset over the mountains from the terrace. The bed is clean and comfortable, and the staff is hospitable. It's always nice to be here.
The breakfast nasi goreng is one of the best on the island.
You can walk to Sekumpul waterfall from the accommodation and the host gives you a “tourism card” so you can access the waterfall without being harassed by the “mafia” and you only need to pay IDR 30,000 instead of the normal IDR 250,000 to access the waterfall.
Initially we weren’t going to visit Sekumpul waterfall because we read so many bad Google reviews about how the “mafia” harass you, but staying here is a loophole so you can avoid having to pay the high fees and being harassed.
The proximity to the sekumpul waterfall. Breakfast was simple but tasty. They give you a budget, so you don't need to pay for a guide to accompany you to the waterfall (as it is really not necessary). You only have to pay the entrance ticket.
This property is near the Sekumpul waterfalls and it takes few mins walk to the steps and then some 500 steps down to the waterfalls.
Advantages of staying here, you get ticket to waterfalls at only IDR30k instead of regular 150k. The place is run by a family and it’s really decent stay with good food at their restaurant.
It's very beautiful and lovely place with wonderful view. The owners were friendly. You can eat tasty and cheap in the warung in this hotel. Also you can buy tickets to Sekumpul waterfall with a big discount (75000 idr per person).
This place was just great, especially compared to the other typical hotels on Bali. It’s simply but very well designed, all facilities were working perfectly well. Nice cafe with local food only though. Super friendly staff who allowed allowed us to keep our bags after check out while we were at the waterfall. Note that you can get a hotel guest pass to Sekumpul waterfall to pay for the ticket only 30k and no need for the guide.
The location and view were awesome. Great host that shared what is available around with recommendations. Provided us with discount to the Sekumpul Waterfall trek. Good welcome drink and great breakfast, one of the best we in our trip of 10 days across Bali.
