the room was amazing- not only was it spacious but it was quiet and this was not what I had been expecting as the reviews I had read indicated that the noise from the street was invasive as was the noise from the restaurant. Neither was a problem as we could not hear the street noise and the restaurant music did not go late into the night.
The staff are lovely especially the young man at reception on the Tuesday morning (17 September) who as we went out to visit the Pasifika Museum we mentioned about getting a taxi on the 19th to the airport. He was friendly and helpful and communicated very well. The breakfast was substantial and meant that we needed very little for lunch. I particularly liked the Smoked chicken shakshuka and bircher muesli but both my husband and I tried the eggs benedict which was ruined by the strange tasting guacamole. The swimming pool is adequate for floating in but not for swimming lengths. The gym equipment is excellent, exceeding my expectations as all the resorts we have stayed in so far have equipment issues.

The complex is huge with a lot to offer. If you are a family with children, they have done a great job to provide entertainment for children with daycare, kids specific pools etc. There are many options for food and beverage and other facilities like gym and spa. The staff were incredible and very accommodating and the property grounds were gorgeous.

Wasn’t for us.
Wasn’t for us. Very over-priced for Bali and in some cases more expensive than home (AUS). Way too many staff and then slow service in most stores. Leave the shopping for Kuta, Seminyak or Ubud. I hope to see the centre improve.

The facilities are fantastic! I enjoyed my stay in the Deluxe Double room. The bed was so comfortable.
I selected B&B which was sufficient for me. The breakfast had so many options.
It was right on the beach with a lovely walkway on the waterfront which you can use to walk to Bali Collection (shopping centre) and past the other hotels in Nusa Dua.
The staff always had a smile😊
We stayed at the Nest Nusa Dua for 10 days but wouldn’t recommend it. This hotel doesn’t live up to a 4-star standard, and there are better alternatives nearby.

Lovely hotel, great staff. Went as a family with 2 teenagers and everyone really enjoyed themselves. Well located in terms of getting to Bali collection, nearby selection of warungs etc.
This was our second stay at Merusaka and we loved it. We stayed in a room with it's own pool which was great for a quick dip. The beach is beautiful and you can't beat the loaction, it's right opposite the Bali Collection. The hotel has also upgraded the gym from last time.
Great hotel, quiet location, amazing breakfast selection - although Vegetarian options were limited. Spacious rooms, 3 swimming pools to choose from. Complimentary shuttle bus to Bali Collection shopping area & to the beach.
Hotel territory is nice. Staff is very polite and ready to help. My daughter likes kids club especially the room with rabbits. Food is good and tasty. Most of all we liked Japanese restaurant. Club access food and beverages are very good. Bali collection shopping area locates very close to the hotel.
We had an apartment suite and it was spacious and on the ground floor. Couldn't fault our accommodation. The pool was nearby (pretty much opposite). Lots of variability in the buffet breakfast. If you wish to walk into Bali collection or the other shops and eateries nearby it's an easy short walk. Private beach was great and relaxing. Staff were friendly and accommodating.

Pool area was very clean and maintained the little extra touches like the ice creams at lunchtime were fab, food was fantastic both breakfast and dinner (the mini quiches at breakfast were amazing) special mention to Melanie in the buffet restaurant she always greeted us with a smile and was always very helpful like the rest of the staff.
The hotel is a small walk from the Bali collection which has an assortment of shops and restaurants.
The breakfast tasted good, traditional indonesian cuisine with spices and salt. Coffee was a little blend but acceptable.
