It's a uniquely beautiful apartment overlooking the river. The location was easy to find .the host was very friendly. The apartment was very clean. Had a separate kitchen and dining area.the beds and pillows were very comfortable. The apartment is tastefully decorated with a blend of old and new . Easily walkable distance to the white bridge. There is a halal Indian restaurant just in front of it. We loved our stay there.

2 minutes walk to the White Bridge. Very comfortable. Everything you need is there. Beautiful view of green trees from the balcony.
The apartment has 2 air conditioners. Convenient elevator. If we come to Kutaisi again, we will only stay with Reza.

The room was nice and modern with a very decent bathroom. The location was perfect, right in the centre of Kutaisi and we had a view of the river and White Bridge from our room. The staff were very friendly and were always willing to help. The staff in the rooftop bar were so polite and very attentive. The rooftop bar is great and you probably have the best views of Kutaisi from up there, overall the room was fine and had everything we needed and the hotel had a great location!
Our room and the hotel is general could be summed up in one word - sumptuous! The room was huge, the terrace big, the beds were comfortable with satin bedsheets and the breakfast was excellent. It was real old-world luxury.
Location in the centre of the old town by the White Bridge couldn't be better .
The host is a great lady, she met us at agreed time and gave over the keys.
The flat is super cute, really cozy interior. It has everything you could want - washing machine, electrical kettle, stove, different kitchenware, fridge etc. Even washing powder was provided.
Everything inside is clean and new.
The location is wonderful - right next to the White Bridge, new apartment building, quite place but close to the city center.
