I had short stay in this hotel before going to Batumi. I liked everything. Clean room, terrace, good breakfast, location. Next time would like to stay longer and to explore Kutaisi more. Really recommend this hotel.

You cannot get a more central location, literally 50 meters from the main square. The host was very responsive and kind, helped us with all the questions we had. The room is well equipped, clean, the garden is lovely with nice plants and flowers.
The road in front of the house is under construction, but I guess that will be over in a few weeks.

The guesthouse is located in a silent area, a few minutes away from the Colchis fountain and therefore everything else in the city.
Common areas and rooms were clean and well equipped, the beds made it the best sleep we had in Georgia by far.
Parking is possible in the property or in the next street.

The family who own the property were very friendly and accommodating. Communication was good, the room was very clean, stylishly decorated and had everything we needed. It also has a lovely garden. The location was perfect, just a few minutes walk from the centre of town and the Colchis fountain.
A lovely apartment in a building set back from the busy main road. Communication was good with the host and it was easy to collect the keys on arrival. Secure parking is beneath the building, with a lift to take you up to the apartment. The apartment had everything that we needed and was a great place to spend a couple of days, being less than 10 minutes stroll from Colchis Fountain. The bed was very comfortable, the shower great and the WiFi worked perfectly for us. Very happy to recommend.
The location is good, just 3GEL from the bus station. There is a restaurant and wine shop adjacent to the apartment.
The furnishing of the kitchen and bathroom are modern and stylish. Everything was very clean. The AC was perfect, and we enjoyed our morning tea on the balcony.
The Bagrati cathedral and the Colchis fountain are also 3GEL each from the apartment by BOLT.
The Hotel Memoire is very centrally located not far from the Colchis Fountain and the theater. The old house exudes incredible charm and is lovingly designed. The staff is very helpful and accommodating. Decoration and ambience are outstanding.

Excellent hotel in Kutaisi. The location is absolutely great, next to the Colchis fountain. Within 5-10 minutes walking distance one can find the best restaurants in Kutaisi. The room was clean and sufficiently spacious for a 2 days stay. The breakfast was quite good, with sufficient options for both meat lovers and vegetarians.
What I particularly liked was the decoration of the lobby area - very classy, with a retro golden era.
