I had short stay in this hotel before going to Batumi. I liked everything. Clean room, terrace, good breakfast, location. Next time would like to stay longer and to explore Kutaisi more. Really recommend this hotel.

My mom and I really enjoyed staying at 1870 Hotel. We booked a room with two separate beds which was provided for us. At morning we ate a delicious and rich breakfast. Lovely building, it is being renovated outside and well worth a visit. The view of the city is great too. We walked up from the city, it is uphill but not a long walk. I would say 20 mins from the market, and if you have not been there, do so, it's great to see all the fresh produce etc.

Host is very professional and nice man. He showed and explained us everything.
Guest house is in renowated building, it looks gorgeous, all amenities are present. There is also wonderful terrace and garden where you can rest.
Room is tiny but well-equipped: jacket rack, tea and coffee set, hairdryer, etc. Whole building was immaculately clean.
Excellent location close to Colchis Square in the centre of the old town. Much to see & do closeby including the large Green Bazaar, Bagrati Cathedral & the 2 historic monasteries of Gelati & Motsameta.
I had a wonderful experience during my stay. The hosts were friendly and accommodating, ensuring all my needs were met even with the last-minute booking and check-in.

Nana is a very sweet and caring host. Although we arrived earlier than expected and the apartment was not ready yet, she still let us check in and offered us tea/coffee inside, while she finished the preparations. It is a very cozy little apartment with a nice sitting area outside, perfect for breakfast in the garden. The biggest gem is the rooftop terrace surrounded by grapevines, with view on the Bagrati Cathedral.
The location is good, just 3GEL from the bus station. There is a restaurant and wine shop adjacent to the apartment.
The furnishing of the kitchen and bathroom are modern and stylish. Everything was very clean. The AC was perfect, and we enjoyed our morning tea on the balcony.
The Bagrati cathedral and the Colchis fountain are also 3GEL each from the apartment by BOLT.
It was a very pleasant accommodation. The apartment is near to the centre. It is a few minutes far from the Bagrati Cathedral, very cozy, clean and comfortable for 4 persons. It was well-equipped, (e.g. it had hair dryer and iron).
The apartment is right in the center of the city - everything is around, many restaurants, central park, fountain, market, bridges and Bagrati cathedral. The apartment itself has a pleasant oldschool design and enough of space. Magi is a great help, she can advice on everything around and help with anything you need, she is very open and always available - amazing! Very warm apartment even during colder nights. WiFi is also working well. There is a free parking right in front of the house.
