Spacious, clean, had all the facilities needed for a comfortable stay. Pool and gym were small, but clean were always quiet. Hotel restaurant and bar were lovely. Staff could not have been more friendly and helpful.

A quaint place in a beautiful setting. It's immaculate from the outside and that continued inside. Our suite was absolutley beautiful, full of character and very big. Lovely pieces of furniture and cottage doors. The bathroom had a jacuzzi bath which was a lovely touch.
Breakfast was nice, and in a lovely period room. A really nice stay.

Staff were great. Food delicious. Fantastic location on the river, well kept grounds.
The location was peaceful with great access to lots of brilliant outdoor activities - these could be included in the information book (e.g. zip world fforest is only 6 minutes away and was great fun). The host was friendly and communicated well. The hot tub was lovely as were the welcome gifts left on the table for us. The big king-sized bed was really comfy. The garden was beautiful and felt safe for our young son.
