It's a truly beautiful place with a unique interior design that we loved. Findig our room was like climbing up the stairs in a maze (in a good way) and made us feel as if we were staying in a castle. The room was clean, with surprise Kit-Kat bars and Cadbury hot chocolate powder on the tea table. The bed was big and comfy, bathroom shower excellent with two shower heads. Staff was really nice and helpful (e.g. carrying my luggage to our room). We loved the little garden in the back and the location is also perfect, in a quiet area but ten minutes on foot from the city centre. We appreciated that at breakfast, the self-service table was monitored and restacked regularly. If we return to York, we would love to book this place again.

Best stay in my UK trip. The building is very luxurious and well decorated. The staff is very kind and professional. The rooms are big and comfortable. The location is in a walking distance from city center. They serve continental breakfast for 17£, has paid parking, and EV chargers.

The staff were friendly the rooms were new clean very comfortable.
