Pretty new hotel. Reception is nice and there is always someone at hand if you need a late night snack or drink. Rooms are also clean and comfortable. The metro from Newcastle Airport stop around the corner which makes it very convenient. For great food and drinks check out the nearby Engine Room restaurant.

Hotel was great, room very spacious but overly hot at night with heating on. The staff are super friendly and helpful. The location was ideal for my needs. Everything you need is there from iron to hairdryer. Breakfast was nice and was able to choose my own time to go down. Ate in the Italian restaurant which was exceptional and very affordable.

The hotel is just off junction 64 of the A1(M), less than 12 miles from Newcastle, Sunderland and Durham. It has free parking, a restaurant, a lounge bar and air-conditioned rooms.
Bed very comfortable room clean & fresh. Breakfast was very good.
