Big room, large comfy bed and huge shower. Booked this hotel because we were going to a concert at the O2 Victoria warehouse and it was a couple of minutes walk away so an excellent location for that.
Location was great as we were attending a gig at Victoria warehouse so was brilliant for that!
The staff member who checked us in was kind, as well as the one who checked us out.
For the price, it’s to be expected what we experienced but I don’t think it’s good to normalise what we experienced.

the shower was AMAZING. The bed was very comfortable. The location was perfect, as we were attending a gig at Victoria Warehouse! Retro sweets were a nice touch as well. Curtains were very effective at blocking out the light.
The room was clean and well equipped, staff were friendly, and the parking was reasonable for 24 hours. Stayed here when attending a gig at the o2 victoria warehouse and it was the perfect location with an incredibly short walk between the venue and the room.
Good location for the gig that we were attending at the victoria warehouse, breakfast was good. Hotel lobby was clean and welcoming, bedrooms were standard but bathrooms were dated.
