Breakfast was perfect, with plenty of choice for both normal eaters and vegetarians.
The room was clean as was the ensuite, sufficiently spacious, and the views. were good.
We tried the evening meal and we were pleasantly surprised by the quality of both the actual cooking and the ingredients, I would certainly recommend trying the restaurant at least one time, before booking other local restaurants.

Located a short stroll from the beach, 10 mins walk from Falmouth Town station. 15 mins into town. Breakfast offered a good menu choice. Cleaning staff are great and if you want some extra milk or water in your room it's no bother. The pool/sauna facilities are a nice feature for guest use. Locals do pay to use it but it was never overly busy.

Breakfast was excellent. Dinners had superb dishes with some disappointments, such as a poor duck terrine.
The unique remarkable feature of this hotel is its location. It is set in a subtropical paradise. A breathtaking garden with so many unexpected trees, bushes, shrubs, flowers
. All lead to a cove and the sea with views of Falmouth
