It’s a lovely old building and only a shortish walk from most attractions. The breakfast was excellent but evening meal only offers pizza. Not a problem though because the Lace Market area has plenty of options. The bed was comfortable and there is a good selection of teams and coffee in the room.
I was recommended Lace Market Hotel from one of Nottinghams best sportsmen, As a hotel it didn't disappoint. Location is perfect, the room was superb, windows that open are getting so rare and I love the windows at Lace Market Hotel. All the staff we delt with was great. We've enjoyed it so much we have booked again for next month (it will be in my wife's name as she's booked it)
The hotel is in a great location at the top end of town near the lace market.
I arrived early and intended just to leave my bags, but the super kind reception staff checked me in early.
Room was a good size, very quiet with a comfy bed and a great view of Nottingham from the top floor.
The breakfast was really good with lots of choice.
10 minute walk to the train station.
really close by the lace market car park and the city centre. Fantastically friendly staff and surprisingly well appointed rooms. The bathroom was a sort of fitted pod which I normally dislike but it was really well done and the shower was really roomy and even got my Autistic child to ask for another shower when normally they hate showers! Really close to a convenience shop too.
Second time staying at the Lace Market and will definitely be back, great location, nice bar area and excellent choice at breakfast with friendly staff
The Lace Market apartments are conveniently located for siteseeing in the old town area of Nottingham. We had no trouble getting there by train, or leaving by bus on Skylink to the airport. We ate at several good pubs and restaurants nearby. Security is good at the complex.
