Wonderful atmosphere and team of welcoming receptionists and fabulous facilities, had a lovely swim and shower before going out to watch a concert at the Stadium of Light, fantastic people really helpful and enthusiastic, a completely enjoyable experience.

The "apartment" was in a good location for us to walk to the Stadium of Light for the concert we were going to and there are a couple of car parks close by. Some of the issues we raised were resolved reasonably quickly too. It was reasonably clean and the bathroom was nice.
