The facilities in the room were new and very functional…lots of spacing for hanging storing and setting things. The bathroom was great! The little table and chairs was very handy! Alexa was a nice feature and the bright window with a sea view was lovely. It was also a fairly good location if you like walking. We walked everywhere.

The on duty manager, Sarah Martin, was exceptionally accommodating. We had incorrectly booked the wrong room because we had a twin. We were finishing our honeymoon with a family visit to Dundee. When I asked Sarah if we could move she did everything she could to move us and we were put in a very nice room. She also added a chocolate bar for any inconvenience even though it was my fault we booked the wrong room. She greeted us every day with a friendly hello and made us feel welcome throughout our stay.

I loved the location, if you are nervous about where to go, this place is right by the bus stop that goes to and from the airport, it is across the street from the train station, shopping is nearby, a 10 min walk, very good location and great hotel. The staff were very nice and kind.
