Kim was very welcoming and friendly. As someone who has trouble sleeping due to a knackered body I found the bed very comfortable. The space was clean and had everything you would need. If you forget any food you certainly won't starve due to the well stocked food cupboard.
It was in a convenient and lovely location but also had parking onsite; close to shops, the lake and Snowdon Mountain Railway as well as the lakeside train and slate museum. The owners were lovely and made us feel very welcome, they were very helpful and informative re: things to do/places to go and the full Welsh breakfast was absolutely delicious (there were other breakfast options too).
The hotel is ideally located for access to the town, lake, Snowdon mountain railway, the LLanberis Snowdon path and the (free to enter) National Slate Museum. The staff were always pleasant and helpful.
The National Slate Museum is highly recommended.
Spotlessly clean, everything we needed and then some! Perfect location too, just a few minutes walk from the Snowdon Mountain Railway, cafes, bars, takeaways. Would definitely recommend it to family and friends and would book again if we return to Llanberis.
The property was chosen as we had booked tickets for the Snowdon mountain railway so it was a perfect location. It had an added bonus of a private outside sitting area.

Only 20 minutes from Caernarfon and Bangor with their castles leisure piers and an easy drive to many other places for days out.

The property was very clean and well-appointed and the host was lovely and helpful. The breakfasts were exceptional. The location was very convenient being a short walk to shops and the Snowdon Mountain Railway. We enjoyed our stay and would gladly stay at The Alpine Lodge again.

The location in Llanberis is really good for the Snowdon Mountain Railway and touring the surrounding area. A lovely place.
its location is perfectly situated close to the start of the Llanberis path (hiking route to Snowdon). we could park our car at the hotel’s parking site and walk to the path, which is extremely convenient. it is also a two minute walk to Snowdon Mountain Railway, the lake, Slate museum, and the lake.
