Room had a leak and was not nice although we were moved second day although this comes with hastle. Breakfast was nice but after drinking an apple juice the nozzle clearly was unclean and the boot of my drink was a lump of mould which I can only assume fell out of the nozzle upon pouring.

Great atmosphere from entering the hotel. Very polite and relaxed staff. Room service food was perfect. Everything in the room is of high specification. Parking, you had to pay extra if in the overflow car park. Just rent to Norwich fc to use their spaces. All in all.. excellent hotel

Great Location, quiet but convenient or town (10 minute walk, bus stop across the rod). Very comfortable, friendly and efficient staff. Great breakfasts.
Very modern interior and spotlessly clean. A tidy dedicated area outdoors for smoking or chilling out. The desk is manned 24 hours, which is reassuring in case of problems (which we never encountered). Considering they are pretty much in the middle of the city, it was really quiet. Ideal place to stay if you are clubbing down the Prince of Wales road, it's a short walk from Popworld and the train station.
