A great find. Everything has been thought of with great extras such as the fridge outside with milk and bottled water. We needed to check out early due to catching the ferry and the cook started work early to ensure we had breakfast before we left.

Glorious location overlooking the entrance to Poole harbour. Magnificent scenery and constant interest when looking out of the restaurant window or sitting on the terrace. Local bus service to Studland, Swanage, Bournemouth and Poole accessed from very near by with a direct link to Bournemouth railway station. Staff very helpful and attentive.

The RNLI College is in a great location, near to the waterfront with plenty of restaurants etc. The staff were all friendly and welcoming and the room was perfect, very comfortable with lovely views across Poole Harbour. The restaurant gas good, sensibly priced and better value than most hotels; breakfast was fabulous, so much choice and delicious. Added to all of this, you are surrounded by history and information about the RNLI and contributing to the charity at the same time, All in all, the RNLI College exceeded our expectations.
The hotel is in an excellent location and our first floor room had a great view of Poole Harbour. The facilities within the bedroom and en suite bathroom were fine; it was well laid out and provided all we required. The bed linen and towels were clean and good quality. Since I have some mobility issues I appreciated the lift to all floors. Car parking at the rear of the hotel is a public one, but payment could be made at reception at a cost of £7 per night.
Location location location..its everything with this hotel! Right on the beach.... cross the road from the car park and enjoy uninterrupted sunsets sat by Poole Harbour. Great breakfast and super helpful staff.
Location was excellent, only a short walk away from Poole harbour and also close to the Dolphin shopping centre and several supermarkets.
It's also a great central base to explore the surrounding area.
Apartment was spacious with excellent facilities, and was very clean and tidy.
Communication with the host was very good.

Ground floor apartment, compact but sufficient for two.
The location was perfect for us, overlooking Poole harbour and the Yacht club. Also a good size balcony and was able to watch yacht racing that seemed to be on daily. The apartment was very well equipped and very clean. The bed was very comfortable and plenty of wardrobe space with lots of hangers. There were even towels for the beach.
