If someone asked me to find a fault, I'd struggle. There was a little noise (traffic and the like) outside, but you're in a city, so expected.
The staff were exceptional and if you meet Deepak and you're not impressed, you've dealt with some fantastic people.

Great welcome with smiles and help with leaving bags with reception staff as we arrived quite early. Beautiful room, spacious and airy, with comfortable bed and lovely bathroom. Service, facilities and room all exceeded expectations. Position is fantastic - 3 mins walk from Piccadilly Station and 3 mins walk to Piccadilly Gardens and the tram stops there. Loads of great cafes nearby but there's also a Starbucks in the hotel. Frankly couldn't ask for more.
Location is great with it being a stones throw from Piccadilly gardens, I liked how grand it felt as you walked into the building, the building obviously has lots of history and that is evident from the decor.
Location was excellent. We went to the new CO OP Live arena and took the tram from Piccadilly Gardens. The staff were especially pleasant and really helpful. The room spotless with lovely coffee bags! The breakfast one of the best I’ve had in this priced hotel. 100% will rebook when visiting Manchester! Well done Team Abode!

It’s only a short walk to the arndale centre and Piccadilly gardens, therefore easy to get to the co-op Live venue.
Lots of cheap parking around.
Location for co-op live and tram stop into Piccadilly Gardens was perfect. Staff were extremely helpful from checking us in, calling us a taxi and helping us with tourist information. We were given a blue badge parking space next to hotel which was a huge bonus.
Really nice hotel on the edge of the Manchester Gay Village area and just a few minutes walk from Piccadilly station and Piccadilly Gardens. Room was quire large and well furnished. Staff friendly and helpful.
