The staff are AMAZING!! We had to book a last minute stop over to break up a long journey and a few hours before arriving I messaged the hotel requesting a cot bed, Claire got back to me straight away ensuring something suitable would be ready for our arrival. When we got there we were told they could put us in a room with 2 double beds to make things easier for us, she also made us feel so welcome and relaxed after a long day. The breakfast staff were also amazing with our daughter. Fransico could see our toddler wasn’t eating anything we offered her so suggested to make her some pancakes with Nutella and brought them to the table for her. Breakfast options were great, lots to choose from and all very tasty. The hotel room was clean and the beds were comfortable. The NCP car park was right opposite the hotel entrance which was very handy. We would definitely stay here again. Very happy with everything

I only had snacks at the bar, hence cannot comment on the restaurants. Was a little surprised there was no coffee making facility in the room- but maybe it was hidden in the wardrobe - in retrospect I realize I didn't check inside the wardrobe, so maybe it was there but usually coffee is on the table. Never mind.

Although there were a few school parties at the time of our visit in late November this is not just for young people but for anyone with an historical interest in the development of space exploration over many decades. There were also several interesting exhibits such as a piece of moon rock and fragments of meteorites.

My kids found the space centre really boring and I found the gift shop so dam expensive. We were through the space centre in an hour.
We spent more time in the pump rooms just across the carpark, now that was fun.
