It was clean, stylish, bed was really comfortable and it was really quiet at night. Our room had a set of double patio doors which made it really nice for us to be able to open them of a morning!

Very friendly owner who gave clear instructions for self check-in. Excellent value for money. I was attending a conference at the National Space Centre so this was a great location. Highly recommend the bar/grill below the rooms. Free WiFi worked well, bathroom was clean and tea/coffee making facilities were well-equipped.
We went to Leicester to visit the National Space Centre - Novotel is a short drive. Hotel car park is off site, but not a problem for us, 5 min walk from hotel. Easy car park payment at the reception desk, and easy check-in/ check-out.
Great Location and easy to get to, Parking is in the property's own bay outside the house. Everything you need was provided in the house. Lovely walks right very close, Abbey Park, National Space Centre, walks along the river etc.
