The location was great. Less than a 5 mins walk from the NEC. The rooms were spacious and clean, not much to fault. The only downside is that my bank account hates me after this stay.
Facilities are great, plenty of food choice in the resort downstairs, and even a very nice skybar on the 5th floor.
Staff were nice and helpful.

We were attending a concert at Resorts World so as this hotel is next to it was an ideal stay and we didn’t want to travel back late at night. Also the next day our car had a flat tyre and the guy on reception used a pump from his own car to help us put some air in so we could get to a garage and get on the road to get home
