A lot of money has been spent on museums, restoring buildings and monuments and keeping them in pristine condition for future generations. There is so much heritage in the city.

London is a place that has a lot of transport, which does make it easier for your legs, but will allow you to miss many amazing monuments and buildings. I would personally reccommend walking along the River Thames on both sides.
