Exceptionally friendly greeting. Offered to sit in the lounge with a glass of champagne as check in carried out. Walked to our room with an informative member of staff explaining the history of the building. Extremely clean and well cared for property.

Huge arena building with good views of the stage.
Huge arena building with good views of the stage. Rather puzzling security measures where i-pads were not allowed in the Auditorium but I-phones were! Made little sense and we had to wait to collect them at the end of the performance which was rather annoying. Otherwise was a good place with good transport system nearby

Great location, next to AO Arena and loads of restrained. Really friendly staff. Stylish decor. Great room with comfy beds and large shower. Complementary water was a nice touch and even had an iron/ironing board which is rare in a hotel room.
Fabulous location next door to the AO arena and within walking distance to the centre. Health club facilities included. Such a comfortable bed and able to chromecast your own devices to the tv which was an unexpected bonus.
Really handy for AO Arena and Victoria Station.

BIG SHOUT OUT TO AGGIE...I was by myself and taken ill on Friday night. Distressing episode. Only men on night shift but they caught Aggie, just after Midnight, who was heading home. She stayed and helped me, calmed me down and sorted things out. Came to check on me on Saturday and Sunday...THANK YOU SO MUCH.

Very close to AO Arena, in fact just across the road, as pedestrian access if you go in the car park entrance.
Loved the pool, sauna and steam room too.
