I was born in Liverpool but I haven't visited in a long time. Liverpool one is a fantastic development with excellent shopping opportunities. Liverpool is now a first class city rather than the run down place that I left 40 years ago.

Excellent shops, mixture of quirky and main brands, it covered a big area with lots of good places to eat on top, we eat at Zizzi which was excellent Italian. We loved Lewis's and Debenhams, lots of good coffee shops and Lego shop, Disney shop, bought clothes and makeup and did some Christmas shopping! Can't wait to return you will get everything you need

Great shops, but cannot understand for the life of me why this was built without a roof?? Would get many more visitors regardless of weather, if a roof was added. Also, having to pay 20p to use the toilets is ridiculous

Upgraded on arrival, very pleasant check in staff. Large room with view of the Mersey, nice tea,coffee choice in room & also chocolates and biscuits. Sky sports in room a bonus! The hotel is well situated to explore the docks & Liverpool one.
The location of this hotel was absolutely superb. Just a min walk from Liverpool one and the bus station. The staff were extremely helpful,they couldn't do enough for their guests. I booked a cosy double room which was a bit tight but we had every facility we needed in our room. We travel to Liverpool reguarly and this hotel has been a wonderful find. I would highly recommend the hotel to anyone looking for a place to stay in Liverpool. Thank you Lock & Key.
Location is fantastic with a river view if you’re lucky to get a room at the back which we were. 15-20 min walk to Liverpool one depending how fast you walk lol. It’s a 10 min walk to the new Boxpark venue and peaky blinders bar which I have to say is also worth a visit
Decor is phenomenal, tall ceilings give such a sense of space.
Great breakfast, friendly staff.
The Spa is affordable while luxurious.

Could not recommend this place more, we came over from dublin and we have never felt more welcomed and looked after somewhere, the staff go above and beyond for you Kelly behind the desk is such a kind and helpful gem. Greeted with a bottle of Prosecco and the apartment had everything you need, so spacious comfortable and gorgeous, right in a perfect location 10 minute walk from liverpool one. Will stay here over and over again whenever we come back to liverpool, 10/10!!

Hotel is in an ideal spot for the Docks with its restaurants and shops, and also ideal for Liverpool One etc.
The location of the hotel is excellent for Liverpool One, Concert Square, restaurants and bars.
The bed was very comfortable.
The bathroom was small but very clean and functional and the towels were good quality.
On request we were given a room at the rear of the hotel.
The discount for parking at QPark Hanover Street.
It was an ideal location close to Albert Dock and Liverpool One. There was so much space in the apartment and it was very clean.
