Our single rooms were cosy, quiet and very comfortable. Breakfast was lovely too. We'd stay again.

The location was great for visiting my son. Checking process was easy. We asked for two rooms close to each other and we got a connecting room, rooms were clean. Toiletries in the bathroom was of decent quality. Staff were polite and happy to answer queries, Breakfast was included in the room price.

Location and comfortable large room with marina view
Beautiful 1930's Art Deco building directly opposite Lincoln Castle and only a few minutes' walk from the Cathedral and historic Bailgate, with its selection of independent shops and restaurants.
So nice to have a comfort height toilet in bathroom.
