The room was a reasonable size and was clean and comfortable, The location was good - well within walking distance of the city centre and restaurants in the Quay area if the weather is good which, unfortunately for us, it often wasn't. We ate at the Holiday Inn Express on one evening. The restaurant was reasonable. The menu is fairly basic but the service was good and it was not bad value for money.
The breakfast is excellent and is included in the room rate. The B&B rate was very good value for money.. Parking is plentiful and at £8.50 for 24 hours is not bad value.
Staff were very friendly and helpful. We would certainly stay here again.

Location was within a 10 minute walk of lincoln castle. Property came with a full suite of basic facilities including a freezer. Beds were comfortable and rooms were of a decent size. Garden was well kept. Keys easy to collect.
We stayed at The Tower Hotel as we were attending a concert at Lincoln Castle .
It was a great location and right in the centre of Lincoln for all amenities and restaurants /bars etc
The apartment had everything that we needed and more. The location was a 2 minute walk from Lincoln Castle and the Cathedral. There were plenty of restaurants within 5 minutes walk and of course pubs the same distance. There was an added bonus of having a parking spot right at the property.
Great place to stay for visit to city centre shopping, Lincoln castle and cathedral. only 3 min walk. Converted church with large carpark. Comfortable beds and strong shower. Continental breakfast in room. Good e-mail instruction with passcode to carpark before arrival as we arrived quite late in the evening when no one was at reception.
Fabulous location right next to Lincoln castle with plenty of parking at a reasonable rate. A selection of cafes, restaurants and bars on the doorstep and in the hotel. Great continental breakfast included. Lovely friendly helpful staff.
The location is perfect for both Lincoln Cathedral and Lincoln Castle. Down the Steep Steps and left are a most excellent archaeological museum and a small but very interesting art gallery (the Usher Gallery)
Liz and Steve could not have been more welcoming. Lovely room and excellent breakfast. We attended a concert at Lincoln Castle and this was just perfect for travelling into Lincoln.
The staff were friendly and the hotel was situated close to the Lincoln Castle where the gig we were attending was going to be.
Rooms were clean and well equipped. Overall excellent place to stay.
Stayed with family because we came to see Jess Glynne at Lincoln castle. Couldn't fault the hotel at all room lovely and comfortable and very clean. Staff really nice and helpful will definitely stay again. Oh yeah breakfast to good selection very nice ☺️
