Everything the view from our room was stunning , staff were really helpful and accommodating nothing was a problems , room was spotlessly clean and tidy, beds were huge and very comfortable everything was perfect !

Wasn’t aware there was a pool! So even though we weren’t prepared, it was nice to see the spa. Also loved the fact you had to enter the level of room via key entry to reduce any unwanted visitors or noise. Loved the fact we got a complimentary upgrade! Many Thanks. The hotel is located just across from the central station so excellent for city breakers. The decor and feel of the building was stylish and clean and the staff were courteous to a fault. i was on the 5th floor with a fairly quiet room and a view of the station. I only stayed one night but would have been pleased to stay more! Next trip to Newcastle i will be definitely going back to the County.
